I had a similar issue with a Dark Magician girl poster I ordered online. When it arrived the person bent the package 1/3 from the side to make it fit in the mailbox. Broke both the poster holders that came with it and crinkled the poster but thankfully no tears. Nothing I could do about it but has limited my ordering for a while.
